ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Prof. Dr. Larry Adams, PhD / DBA / PhD / D.C.D., is an internationally recognized academic, researcher, author, and senior executive with over 25 years of experience in higher education, corporate leadership, and strategic management. He has served in senior academic roles including Professor of Doctoral Studies, Dean of Postgraduate Studies, and Vice Chancellor, and has contributed extensively to doctoral supervision and postgraduate education across leading international universities.
He is a prolific author with over 200 publications and books spanning global economics, business administration, leadership, education theory, and financial systems. His research focuses on international monetary structures, geopolitical economics, energy markets, and the evolving dynamics of global reserve currencies and de-dollarization.
Beyond academia, Prof. Dr. Adams has held senior executive positions across multinational corporations in Sri Lanka, Canada, and Japan, leading large-scale organizations in business development, operations, and strategic transformation. He is also an experienced international speaker, having presented at conferences and forums across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
In recognition of his social and humanitarian contributions in Sri Lanka, he has been honored with the titles Deshabandu, Deshabhimani, Manawahithawadi, and Lankaputhra, and serves as a Justice of the Peace.
